Previous: PUBLIC TALKS: My next presentation will be on April 10th from 6:30-9:15pm and April 13th from 1:30-4:15pm at the Qualicum Commons, 744 Primrose St., QB. I will be speaking about natural ways to reduce stress and anxiety - lots of great helpful info regarding foods and lifestyle habits that can make a difference. And, something different - for a practical hands on example of one strategy - I am offering a "Restorative Yoga" session with my good friend Barbara Low. Cost is $20, with part proceeds being donated to our local SPCA.

I focus on topics relevant to all ages engaged in the work-place. Talks are geared to fit into a one hour lunch session and are offered in series, building knowledge from talk to talk. OR - as a stand alone so participants can pick topics that interest them specifically.
